Please be informed that this product is a breakdown assistance and towing service subscription, not an insurance product.

This subscription plan provides breakdown and towing services to subscribers when their vehicle breaks down in Thailand.

A breakdown refers to a situation where the vehicle cannot operate or fails to function due to mechanical or electrical failure, and not caused by natural disasters or any other excluded external factors.

Included as a breakdown:

  • Engine cannot be started
  • Overheating due to mechanical issues
  • Alternator, battery, or electrical system failure
  • Gearbox / transmission failure
  • Fuel pump, timing belt, radiator, or other internal component failure
  • Vehicle suddenly stops and cannot move on its own

Not included as a breakdown:

  • Natural disasters (floods, storms, landslides, fallen trees, lightning, etc.)
  • Vehicle stuck in water, sand, or mud due to natural disaster factors

According to the assistance procedure stated on the company website:

1. Breakdown Assistance
Assistance is provided when your vehicle experiences a failure and becomes non-functional on the road.
However, breakdowns caused by natural disasters are not covered.

2. Towing Service
Towing service is provided to move the vehicle to a workshop or to the Malaysia–Thailand border when the vehicle becomes inoperable due to mechanical or electrical failure, and not caused by natural disasters.

3. Additional Roadside Assistance

  • Battery jump-start
  • Tyre replacement
  • Fuel delivery
  • Other services

These services are included in the subscription plan. Some services may incur additional charges.

Subscription plan ini menyediakan perkhidmatan breakdown dan towing service kepada pelanggan (subscriber) ketika kenderaan mengalami kerosakan di Thailand.

Definisi Breakdown (dalam konteks bantuan dan towing service subscription):
Breakdown bermaksud kenderaan tidak boleh beroperasi atau gagal berfungsi akibat kegagalan mekanikal atau elektrik, dan bukan disebabkan oleh bencana alam atau faktor luar yang dikecualikan.

Termasuk sebagai breakdown:

  • Enjin tidak dapat dihidupkan
  • Overheating akibat masalah mekanikal
  • Alternator, bateri atau sistem elektrik gagal
  • Kotak gear / transmisi rosak
  • Pam minyak, timing belt, radiator atau komponen dalaman gagal
  • Kenderaan berhenti tiba-tiba dan tidak dapat bergerak sendiri

Tidak termasuk sebagai breakdown:

  • Bencana alam (banjir, ribut, tanah runtuh, pokok tumbang, petir dan sebagainya)
  • Kenderaan tersangkut dalam air, pasir atau lumpur akibat faktor bencana alam

Menurut prosedur bantuan (assistance procedure) yang dinyatakan di laman web syarikat:

1. Breakdown Assistance
Bantuan diberikan apabila kenderaan mengalami kerosakan dan tidak dapat berfungsi di jalan raya.
Namun, kerosakan (breakdown) akibat bencana alam tidak dilindungi.

2. Towing Service
Towing service disediakan untuk membawa kenderaan ke bengkel atau ke sempadan Malaysia–Thailand jika kenderaan tidak boleh bergerak akibat kegagalan mekanikal atau elektrik, dan bukan kerana bencana alam.

3. Additional Roadside Assistance

  • Battery jump-start
  • Penukaran tayar
  • Penghantaran petrol
  • Bantuan lain yang termasuk dalam subscription plan
