ASSISTANCE PROCEDURE
- Breakdown assistance – support when your vehicle stops functioning on the road (incidents caused by natural disasters are not covered).
- Towing service – towing your vehicle to a workshop or to the Malaysia–Thailand border when it becomes inoperable due to mechanical or electrical failure, and not caused by natural disasters.
- Additional roadside assistance – such as battery jump-start, tyre change, fuel delivery, and other services included in the plan. Certain services may incur additional charges.
